Cancellation & Refund Policy

At www.healthexpedia.com, it is our constant endeavor to provide our customers with the best quality lab tests at competitive prices. If for some reason, you want to cancel an a booking, you can do it throught the customer panel after logging into your account.

When can I cancel a booking?

For bookings other than Pathology, the bookings can be cancelled anytime even after the booked slot is past. Entire Amount, after deducting bank charges (typically 5%)will be refunded for valid cancellations.

For Pathology bookings

If for some reason, you want to cancel an a booking, you can do this before the sample collection. Once the sample is collected, the booking cannot be cancelled.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Your order/tests will be cancelled immediately after the request. We will initiate the refund immediately after the request. However, actual credit in your account might take a few days depending upon the mode of payment used for the transaction and the Bank Working days.

My report is not delivered/available online. What will happen to the amount I paid?

In case we are not able to deliver the reports to you or if there is an issue from our side, we will refund entire amount.
